What an absolutely admirable and delicious luncheon we and our guests enjoyed at you restaurant today.

Your delightfully varied menu and the added temptation of the ‘daily specials’ on your blackboard made for very difficult decision making and as we all four had different choices it was great fun comparing notes. Without question the presentation and cooking are outstanding and very well complemented by the excellent service we received from your young and attentive team of delightfully charming staff. My Wife Christa, particularly enjoyed the deliciously tender and juicy Fillet Steak; our guest, who chose the Bream, remarked that it was superb and his wife complimented the delicious Selsey Crab salad. I am ‘an absolute sucker’ for devilled Kidneys so thoroughly enjoyed the Lamb Cutlets with the Kidneys – a great combination for a meat loving male.

You have made an astonishingly impressive upgrading of what was once simply a tired and dingy local pub. From the time of entering your spacious and welcoming car park the whole ambience reeks of care, quality and consideration for the needs of your customers.

We wish you the enormous success your Restaurant deserves and offer our congratulations to you and all members of your obviously caring team. We shall most certainly be back with guests and hope to introduce many more Chaíne members to the delicious menu at the Earl of March.
